He is associated with NIFT Bengaluru from 2009 .In the past one decade he has held various academic coordinator positions at the campus like Cluster Initiative Coordinator, Project Unit Coordinator, and Course Coordinator.

Prashanth is intrigued by the range of human invention, the variety of ways of life and thought. Growing up in a multi-cultural and multi lingual region has given him an immersive experience of assimilation of religions, literatures, and customs fromaround the world. He firmly believes in “teacher as farmer” creating the conditions of optimal growth by providing nutrients and judicious pruning and weeding.

As a keen generational observer, he has conceptualized and executed retail spacedesigned around the consumer experience and brand identity for marquee retailers in India like Future Group, Aditya Birla Nuvo and Deccan Chronicle holdings limited.

Design Strategist who creates the space/product around a brand/person keeping in mind the trends & ergonomics with extensive experience in recruitment, training & development of workforce with ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
