Sachin is a first generation entrepreneur. He started “SAI Founders & Engineers” in year 1995 at Udyambag a small foundry which was successful.In year 2001 he started“M/S SAI Metals” in 2001 in Machhe. He started BELGAUM FERROCAST INDIA PVT. LTD., (BFPL) in the year 2006 which has a automated foundry and machineshop equipped with latest machines.He is the Managing Director of the Company, he has travelled across the globe for Business Development.In year 2019 he has been nominated by Ministry of Human Resource Development to the Board of Governors of National Institute of Foundry and Forge Technology (NIFFT), Ranchi for period of 4 years.

In year 2021 he has been nominated by Ministry of Micro,Small and Medium Enterprises to the Interview selection panel for direct hiring of posts for technical institutes like IDEMI,PPDC,IGTR’s.

In year 2021 September he is elected as State President of Laghu Udyog Bharati-Karnataka
